Requirements
- Proven experience in IT access management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and compliance
- Strong understanding of internal audit processes and documentation
- Familiarity with Cyber security and cloud-based applications is a plus
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Data Analytics, ServiceNow, and Automation are a plus
