They are seeking a results-driven IT Support Lead for a Customer-facing ServiceNow ITSM team in Dublin and London. The role involves maintaining service quality, optimizing workflows, and fostering a high-performing support team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
- 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Android/iOS, Azure, AWS, VMware, Citrix
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, and other ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
