Cybersecurity Operations Strategic Solutions Lead

Citi is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Strategic Solutions Lead to oversee and drive strategic efforts within Cybersecurity Operations. The role involves designing, planning, and managing technical security projects and product deployments, identifying areas of improvement, and leading large programs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity projects and 4+ years of experience in Agile product management.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience delivering Cybersecurity projects/programs with 4+ years' experience in Agile product management
• Verifiable experience deploying or managing solutions in ServiceNow SIR and VR modules, preferred
• Technical, hands-on experience in cloud security, security operations, and vulnerability management
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira as both a program/project management and issue management suite
• Demonstrated experience in deploying medium-to-large scale security and data solutions with stakeholders and requirements spanning multiple organizations and seniority levels
• Project experience with Agile methodology, vendor engagement, and management consulting/implementation
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from all levels, stakeholders, peer teams
• Diverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activities
• Ability to translate and structure less-defined technical and business requirements into measurable tasks and milestones with realistic timelines
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment with cross-functional teams
• Superior organization and communication skills, with experience managing many tasks, stakeholders, and dynamic priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to listen to all levels of peers and stakeholders to ensure solutions identified support the most critical, if not all, needs as well as ability to ensure appropriate resource availability.
