We are looking for a service-oriented person with a strong technical interest to join our Servicedesk team as an IT-support technician. The role involves providing top-notch support to our customers and delivering solutions to complex IT problems.
Requirements
- Service-oriented, meticulous, and stress-resistant
- A team player who enjoys working in a group
- Experience of working in a Servicedesk with IT support or technical support
- Knowledge in areas such as Windows Server and Client, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, networks, hardware, issue management systems (meritorious if you are familiar with ServiceNow)
- Ability and interest in performing troubleshooting
