The role supports employees and managers with HR systems, policies, and procedures, and contributes to process redesign and automation.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate and timely data in HR systems
• Generate and validate HR reports
• Manage onboarding tasks in ServiceNow and ORC
• Provide data for annual compensation cycles
• Prepare employment documentation

• Support process redesign using LEAN methods
