We are looking for a Danish-speaking IT Support Technician to join our Service Desk team. As a problem solver and technician, you will provide top-class support to our customers and have the opportunity to constantly develop your skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in IT support
  • Fluent Swedish and Danish in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, network, hardware, incident management systems (optional experience with ServiceNow)
