The Data Administrator, HR Support plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring seamless HR transactions. In this role, you will build trusted relationships across the organization, process high volumes of data with precision, and provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree (HR or business-related education preferred)
- 1+ year of HR support or administrative experience
- Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. HR data, business rules, and pay regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with SAP, SuccessFactors (myHR), Workforce, EZL, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues effectively
- Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends during peak periods
