Data & Business Analyst (1099/Contractor)

CompassX is a boutique business and technology consulting firm seeking a Data Analyst to support one of their Technology companies. The role is highly operational and data-intensive, requiring strong Business Analytical skills.

Requirements

• Power Bi and advanced Excel skills
• ServiceNow import/export and data profiling proficiency
• SQL skills
• Experience with technical inventories, including application cataloging and metadata definition
• Ability to gather requirements and lead sessions with a variety of business stakeholders
• Understanding of data integration, source-to-target mapping, and transformation logic
• Track record of hands-on data operations in fast-changing or temporary environments
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and knowledge transfer
• Experience working within global or matrixed enterprise environments
