CompassX is a boutique business and technology consulting firm seeking a high-energy Data Analyst to support three major AI initiatives, focusing on data groundwork for a ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module implementation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel (for manual data prep) and Lucidchart (for diagrams)
- Experience with SQL/Power BI and other data tools (highly desirable)
- Experience with ServiceNow import/export and data profiling proficiency (highly desirable)
- Strong business process documentation and requirements writing capabilities
- Ability to gather requirements and lead sessions with a variety of business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and knowledge transfer
