Data Analyst / Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking and visualizing configuration management and cybersecurity metrics. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, helping stakeholders effectively manage risk and improve the configuration management and security posture.

Requirements

• DoD Secret Clearance
• 12+ Years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), KQL, and data modeling techniques
• Experience integrating Power BI with data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud services
• Understanding how to interpret and analyze data
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL
• Experience in IT service management, with a focus on configuration management and CMDB administration
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools (e.g., Tenable)
• Strong understanding of CMDB processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
