Data Analytics Project Manager Senior

The Project Manager Senior has accountability to partner with an operational sponsor/leader(s) to assemble and manage the project team responsible to plan, organize, oversee activities needed to achieve the project objectives, and recommend and secure resources required for successful project completion.

Requirements

• Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow
• Coordinate with the Program Manager or assigned projects designated as part of a Program
• Oversee all aspects of Project Life Cycle
• Rigorously manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and issues
• Develop communication plans that provide transparency to stakeholders and leadership
• Validate financial forecasts and expected benefits and reconcile resources and other project expenses
• Responsible to adhere to the Intermountain-designated governance and processes
• Ensure that all projects have gone through designated governance approval and prioritization processes
• May provide project supervisory oversight of the work for one or more Associate Project Managers and/or Project Managers
• Project Managers assigned within a unique service area, designated as a technical specialist for the project management area
• Apply the specific, technical specialty area requirements and skills necessary to successfully deliver projects for that area
