Data Center Operations Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to join the Service Engineering team. This role involves engineering, implementing, and streamlining processes for data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center operations and experience integrating AI into workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 2+ years of experience in data centers operations.
• Experience with telco circuits.
• Installation of pre-integrated racks and network appliances.
• Deep technical understanding of data center facilities.
• Working knowledge of networking/server architecture and hardware.
• Experience managing vendors in a data center environment.
• Process oriented and experienced in process development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
