ServiceNow is seeking a Database Escalation Engineer to support US Federal and Public Sector customers. This role involves restoring database/application services, guiding SRE and CS operations, working with development on database issues, and scaling the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong database technologies, performance analysis skills, and troubleshooting expertise.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes and problem-solving.
- 4+ years of experience supporting production databases with Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and analyzing query execution plans.
- 4+ years of experience with performance and stress testing tools.
- Proficiency in running profile and tracing tools like perf, gprof, valgrind, strace, flamegraph.
- Experience supporting large-scale web applications and SaaS/PaaS Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
