We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect & Multi-Project Delivery Leader to manage ServiceNow projects from end-to-end. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a focus on delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise platform delivery and ServiceNow implementation.
Requirements
- 14–17 years of IT experience
- 10+ years in enterprise platform delivery
- 8+ years on ServiceNow
- Proven track record of leading multi-project delivery portfolios
- Strong architectural expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Hands-on expertise in scripting, UI customization, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience in program governance, delivery risk management, and cross-team leadership
- Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
