Delivery Manager

Join Datwave, a BIP company that works on Google Cloud platforms, as a Delivery Manager to supervise the implementation of AI and Cloud services, manage client relationships, and analyze complex processes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of previous experience in the role
• Experience in complex ICT projects on Cloud architectures
• Experience in designing prompts for artificial intelligence tools and using AI solutions to optimize business processes
• Hands-on competence in Agile/Scrum methodology and related work tools (Agile Boards)
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the development of relationships with existing and potential clients
• Knowledge of the English language
• Experience with Help Desk platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• ITIL certification or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Agile activity management tools: Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira or equivalents
