We are looking for a Delivery Manager - Live Operations to own and manage the backlog of requests from live operators and vendors, leading review meetings, working with different departments to build a roadmap, and communicating with commercial and operations teams.
Requirements
- High proficiency in English
- 2+ years of software project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Freshservice preferred)
- Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, goal oriented, team player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker
- Ability to motivate and drive colleagues towards success
- Excellent analysis skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Capable of handling and managing multiple projects – excellent multitasking skills are must
- Any Scrum Master, PM or PO certification is a benefit
