Deputy Manager | Network Security | Bengaluru | Cyber Defense & Resilience. The Deputy Manager – Network Security for an MSSP is responsible for supporting the operational leadership and delivery of network security services across multiple client environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of network security engineering and operations experience.
• Strong command over network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF) and L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• In-depth experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including rule design and troubleshooting.
• Expert in using AlgoSec for security policy risk analysis and change management.
• Working-level knowledge of Cloudflare Zero Trust, WAF, and CDN configurations.
• Intermediate skills in managing Zscaler ZIA/ZPA environments (user access, policy enforcement).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
