Vodafone is seeking a Deputy Manager for ServiceNow DevQA Lead to join their VOIS India team in Pune. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring robust testing coverage, and upholding quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and proficient in ServiceNow testing tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow QA.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing ATF scripts.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow testing tools including ATF and manual-to-automated testing transitions.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various SCDL models.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective time management and communication skills
