We are seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to provide technical leadership, problem solving, customer service, risk management, and continuous improvement. The Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for supporting Operational Excellence for the 844th communications Group at three locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or 8+ years relevant experience in Service Operations
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Multiple years of leading, managing or supervising teams
- Customer service oriented
- Currently possess an active Secret security clearance
- Experience with a ticketing system such as Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.
Benefits
- Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
