As a Junior Deskside Agent, you will assist Treasury Department staff with routine IT support tasks, working under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance
- 1–8+ years of relevant IT support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard productivity tools
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
