We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, imaging and new PC deployment, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex desktop problems.

Requirements

  • Good troubleshooting skills and imaging experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool is a plus
  • Resolving escalated cases and advanced technical scenarios related to Endpoint Management Software, Applications, Microsoft products, and hardware and peripherals
