We are seeking a Desktop Support candidate to provide IT field support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with installation and configuration of office applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in onsite support, knowledge of Windows 10 OS, and expertise in EUC tools and remote support tools.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese or N2 communication skill
  • 2-4 years of experience in Onsite support
  • Knowledge and experience on Windows 10 OS
  • Good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.),
  • Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management and change process
