A&O IT Group is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site support to End Users. The role involves managing end-user devices, networks, and resolving technical issues in a 1099 contract environment, utilizing Windows Desktop support and strong analytical skills. The company is a global IT services provider offering both fully managed IT solutions and cybersecurity services.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Windows Desktop support
  • Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation/troubleshooting, Anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills.
  • MTS or equivalent certification is preferred.
