The Desktop Support Engineer will provide on-site support services to end-users, handle incidents and service requests, and perform daily health checks on devices and network-attached devices. The role requires a minimum 1-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support and professional-level German and English language skills.

Requirements

  • Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support
  • Provide services to End Users that include End User Devices, Collaboration and Communication services, Network-attached devices, and Locally-attached devices
  • Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
  • Daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices as required
  • Meeting room support as required
