We are seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to join our IT team as a Desktop Support Engineer II or III. As a frontline hero, you'll be responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly and our users empowered. You'll troubleshoot complex technical challenges, optimize enterprise applications, and drive key technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of IT support experience for Desktop Support Engineer II, or 5+ years for Desktop Support Engineer III
  • A+ Certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, ServiceNow (ITSM), and enterprise IT tools
  • Ability to board vessels and provide on-site IT support
