Provide pre-sales support and post-sales oversight for large and strategic ServiceNow opportunities. Work with customers to analyze business needs and develop a program to deliver against identified objectives.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a trusted advisor to customers for ServiceNow road-mapping and design
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Service Management projects in a customer-facing context
- Track record of carrying out pre-sales activities with customers
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow developer APIs, development tools and techniques
- Good understanding of some of the following: Javascript, SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, Jelly scripting
