NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Portland, Oregon. This client-based position will focus on managing and supporting clients' desktops and related peripherals, including Windows, macOS, and other connected devices. The role involves on-site and remote support, system troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and customer service. This position requires strong communication and technical skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years desktop/technical Windows support experience
  • ServiceNow ticketing system (or similar ticketing system)
  • Office 365 support
  • Windows troubleshooting, diagnosing, imaging/deployment and software installation
  • Basic A+ certification or equivalent skill set
