Developer - L4

We are looking for a Sr. Developer - Integrations to work with our team to design and develop innovative software solutions using ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation, as well as excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation
• Proficient with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server configurations
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules relevant to integrations
• Familiarity with OAuth2, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication
• Experience with external systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS is a plus
• Ability to write, debug, and optimize JavaScript/GlideScript in the ServiceNow environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Document all integration processes, configurations, data flows, and troubleshooting guides
• Monitor integration health and performance using dashboards, logs, and alerting mechanisms
