Requirements
- Develop, configure, and support solutions in the FSO module, aligned with business needs
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and corporate systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware
- Create and customize Service Portals, widgets, and interfaces to ensure an intuitive experience
- Collaborate with architecture, governance, and business teams to apply good practices on the platform
- Perform technical analyses, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimizations on scripts and integrations
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation of solutions and developed flows
- Support rollout, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects on the ServiceNow platform
