We are looking for a developer with solid experience in development and support in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module. We are looking for someone who can act on integration, digitalization, and user experience improvement projects, ensuring efficient solutions for the financial sector.

Requirements

• Develop, configure, and support solutions in the FSO module, aligned with business needs
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and corporate systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware
• Create and customize Service Portals, widgets, and interfaces to ensure an intuitive experience
• Collaborate with architecture, governance, and business teams to apply good practices on the platform
• Perform technical analyses, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimizations on scripts and integrations
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation of solutions and developed flows
• Support rollout, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects on the ServiceNow platform
