We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team and configure, develop, and integrate the ServiceNow platform in various modules like ITSM, ITAM, CSM, and SecOps. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions, as well as providing platform technical support.
Requirements
- Configure, develop and integrate ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM-ITAM, CSM, Employee Service Foundation/HRSD, SecOps, AppEngine).
- Design and implement scalable solutions meeting business and security requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and optimize processes.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production phases.
- Provide ServiceNow platform technical support of level 2 and 3.
- Ensure adherence to security and cybersecurity standards.
Requirements Summary
3+ years IT exp., 2+ years as ServiceNow config. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Agile experience needed
