We are looking for a talented Data DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Takeda Japan Innovation Center (TJIC). As a Data DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of high-impact data projects and operations that enhance our data platforms and drive operational excellence. You'll work closely with data developers, IT operations teams, and business stakeholders to streamline enhancements, bug fixes, and system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with data system development or operations, working with technologies such as Informatica, Databricks, Python, SQL, or other relevant data engineering technologies
  • Japanese language skill: JLPT N2+
  • Business level English skill (preferred)
  • Domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, especially commercial (preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or other relevant tools (preferred)
