DevOps Engineer

Join our team at SoundHound AI, where AI innovation and real-world impact come together. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead the design and development of automation using SoundhoundAI:Autonomics and Automation modules.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience leading automation initiatives in large-scale IT infrastructure environments
• Deep understanding of SoundhoundAI:Autonomics, and other automation frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and scripting for system automation
• Strong grasp of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
• Unix experience
• Exposure to cognitive automation technologies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
• Flexible, can-do and learning attitude
