The Company is seeking a Team Supervisor- IT Apps RTBSUPPORT SERVICES -Applications - RTB for its ITSM team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the bank's application and processes, and will be responsible for Major Incident Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology OR Masters in Computers OR Bachelor of Computer Science
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Major Incident Manager or a similar role within a banking or financial services institution
- ITIL certifications and experience with industry standard ITSM tools (ServiceNow and Remedy strongly preferred)
