World of Kotak is seeking a highly motivated Team Supervisor for IT Apps RTBSUPPORT SERVICES. This role is crucial in leading an incident management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the bank’s application and processes. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring, resolving, and improving incident management practices, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Individual should have Bachelor of Engineering/Technology OR Masters in Computers OR Bachelor of Computer Science with 4 to 7 years experience in Major Incident Manager or similar role
- Experience in working with vendors, infra teams, app teams, and root cause analysis for incident resolution
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment
