World of Kotak is seeking a Team Supervisor-IT Apps RTBSUPPORT SERVICES -Applications - RTB to lead and manage IT major incidents within their bank’s application and processes. This role focuses on incident management, process improvements, problem solving, and collaboration across teams. The supervisor will be responsible for the smooth operation of the application, adherence to service level agreements, and data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology OR Masters in Computers OR Bachelor of Computer Science
- 4 to7 years of experience in Major Incident Manager or similar role within a banking or financial services institution
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Self-sufficiency, drive, and passion for technology
