ING Hubs Romania is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team. The role involves monitoring, supporting, and running the ING Pricing Architecture (IPA) platform, which consists of multiple components. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering/operations experience and advanced knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering/operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and experience with Git, Python, Ansible, Shell scripting and working experience with JVM based applications
  • Strong Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux 7 or 8) skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools such as Jenkins
  • Familiarity with Grafana and tools for alerting like Prometheus
  • Good understanding of the ELK Stack and how to interact with it
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, Checkmarx
  • Experience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts
  • IT Operations/Support experience, including Functional support to end users (such as Traders, Risk Managers, Collateral Managers but could be in another domain/field) combined with analytical skills to identify root causes in workflows incidents (data, technical, functional).
  • A customer focus, with the mindset to find and resolve root causes of incidents to structurally improve the customer experience.
  • A good team player, cross functional, enjoys interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive and attentive to other’s needs
