DevOps Manager

Sapiens is seeking a DevOps Manager to join their L&P division in Poland. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, maintaining DevOps practices, automating deployment pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to streamline release processes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices
• Experience with incident management tools and monitoring solutions (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, New Relic)
• Proficiency in system administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and database management
• Knowledge of programming languages and deployment pipelines (Python, BASH, PowerShell)
• Proven experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, HELM, Argo CD, Terraform)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
