We are seeking a skilled Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Nexthink platform administration and consulting. In this role, you will leverage Nexthinks powerful analytics, automation, and remediation capabilities to optimize IT services, improve employee experience, and provide actionable insights into endpoint health and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Administer and configure Nexthink components (Collector, Engine, Portal, Remote Actions, and Campaigns)
- Manage Nexthink integrations with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and directory services (e.g., Entra ID / Active Directory)
- Perform upgrades, patching, license management, and health checks of the Nexthink platform
- Monitor platform performance and ensure availability, scalability, and security
- Design and build dashboards and investigations to monitor endpoint performance, application usage, and user experience
- Define KPIs and alert thresholds for digital experience, compliance, and endpoint stability
- Leverage Nexthink to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve performance degradation or anomalies across devices
- Create automated workflows and Remote Actions to remediate common IT issues
- Design targeted Nexthink Campaigns to collect user feedback, improve satisfaction, and guide change initiatives
- Analyze sentiment data and support data-driven decisions to improve employee IT experience
- Act as an internal consultant on digital employee experience best practices
- Advise IT leadership on leveraging Nexthink insights for endpoint modernization, desktop transformation, and service optimization
- Train and support teams in using Nexthink investigations, visualizations, and remote actions
