Requirements
- Partner with Workday / ServiceNow HRIS managers and Global Process Owners to analyze business issues, explore and recommend process improvements
- Participate in requirements definition workshops, document technology solution requirements, create test plans and perform solutions testing
- Partner with Solution Architects and Portfolio Managers to create project plans and collate project progress updates
- Partner with People Analytics leaders to perform data analysis, develop reports, generate business insights and executive presentations
