U.S. Bank is hiring a Product Manager to build the roadmap for continuing to digitize client onboarding. The role involves identifying unmet customer needs, surfacing insights, and laying groundwork to deliver on product strategy. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of Corporate Payment client needs and experience in banking, fintech, or business software.

Requirements

  • Product management experience
  • A general understanding of the Payments Industry
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Predict changes in market priorities and customer needs, both internal and external, while consistently providing value
