As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and drive a collaborative team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
• Business process expertise on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
• Recognized expertise in own area within the organization
• Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong project and situational awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Able to travel of at least 25%
