Digital Operations Process Analyst

Nutrien is seeking a Digital Operations Process Analyst to support and optimize the operational infrastructure of their Digital Retail organization. This role focuses on improving processes related to onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and vendor coordination, with a focus on streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth operations in the digital retail environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, process improvement skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, particularly with macOS and MacBook systems.
• Familiarity with JAMF, Apple Business Manager, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management and security compliance.
• Experience with inventory management tools and asset tracking.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead process improvements and collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of financial management, vendor relations, and agile methodologies (preferred).
