Digital Scrum Master

Join Hempel's Digital Integrations Team in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark or Mumbai/Pune, India to drive the design and development of digital solutions, facilitating Scrum process and agile practices to deliver high-quality digital products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a digital or software development environment, with a minimum of five years’ experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and digital product development processes
• Demonstrated expertise in delivery planning and forecasting to improve team predictability and efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones
• Experience with product development tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, and strong DevOps and CI/CD expertise for efficient software delivery
