We are seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Sr. Consultant to join our team in Pune, India. As a Senior Technical Consultant– Software Asset Management (SAM), you will design, develop, and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow to streamline and automate SAM processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes), Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations.
- Understanding of Physical Data Model Architecture of ServiceNow SAM, CMDB/CSDM.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and module configuration, especially for SaaS license management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards to track software asset usage and compliance.
