Requirements

• Bachelor diploma in Management, Engineering, Technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in management consultancy with a focus on digital transformation
• Expertise in digital transformation methodology (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to change
• Fluent in Dutch and English
