Digital Transformation Officer

Uni Systems is seeking a Digital Transformation Officer to join their team and help turn digital visions into reality. The successful candidate will advise on the implementation of corporate digital strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and promote the client's digital strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Arts, Digital, Classics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital strategy development and execution
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM solution
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) practices and associated digital tools
• Experience with tools for data analysis, stakeholder mapping, and creation of adoption dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of digital communication approaches, including event management and visual storytelling strategies
• Familiarity with collaborative software, including Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• A background in IT would be considered an asset
