Software Asset Manager

The Software Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring framework contracts, budgets, and software activities, serving as the primary point of contact for non-technical software-related needs.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in Software Asset Management
• Knowledge of/experience with writing and improving standards and procedures
• Business process improvement
• Planning/gathering requirements for business process automation
• ServiceNow certifications (especially in SAM)
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities (license cost optimization, entitlement packs)
• Scripting and automation experience within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
