Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM) are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity is desirable.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and ServiceNow administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
