This role focuses on incident resolution, managing major incidents, and maintaining a robust knowledge base to improve incident response and organizational learning. The position involves innovation and driving value within the rapidly evolving tech supply chain technology landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Operations
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL, with a focus on incident, major incident and knowledge management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management principles, practices, and tools
  • Proven track record of leading incident management processes at a senior level
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in incident management tools and data analysis tools such as ServiceNow & Power BI
