PTC is seeking a Digital Workplace Tech Lead to shape how our enterprise delivers a secure, modern, and employee-centric workplace experience. This role provides ownership of digital workplace solutions, setting global standards, and driving adoption across a complex, matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Define and own the global digital workplace architecture
- Drive the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program
- Architect integration and data flows between Nexthink, ServiceNow, endpoint management platforms, and analytics tools
- Partner with ServiceNow teams to align ITSM/ITOM workflows with DEX insights
- Collaborate closely with platform owners across M365, Entra ID, Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, and Endpoint Engineering
- Drive change management and adoption of workplace solutions
- Influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
- Architect endpoint management strategies across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Lead automation, orchestration, and workflow integration initiatives
- Apply analytics and AI-driven optimization to proactively improve employee experience and IT service delivery
- Partner with security teams on identity, access, and endpoint compliance

Requirements Summary
8+ years of experience in digital workplace, enterprise architecture, or endpoint management; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
