Our company is transforming and we're looking for a Digital Workplace Tech Lead to shape how our enterprise delivers a secure, modern, and employee-centric workplace experience. The role involves defining and owning the global digital workplace architecture, driving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program, and collaborating with various teams to ensure architectural consistency and drive change management.
Requirements
- Define and own the global digital workplace architecture
- Drive the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program
- Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to align ITSM/ITOM workflows with DEX insights
- Partner with platform owners across M365, Entra ID, Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, and Endpoint Engineering
- Architect endpoint management strategies across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Lead automation, orchestration, and workflow integration initiatives
- Apply analytics and AI-driven optimization to proactively improve employee experience and IT service delivery
Requirements Summary
8+ years of experience in digital workplace, enterprise architecture, or endpoint management, with expertise in Nexthink and ServiceNow integration, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Jamf Pro
