The Director - Customer Success Management leads the Client Success Managers, manages P&L, and ensures contractual obligations. They are responsible for client onboarding, training, and satisfaction, as well as process management and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Management roles with people responsibilities
- 10+ years’ experience in Service Delivery Management or Project Management in a multi-customer environment
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience of managing processes, teams, and personnel
- Display and apply knowledge of technologies including: compute infrastructure, networking, cloud, server, virtualization, ServiceNow, etc.
